Welcome to BSG47 Renewal and our new forum!  These pages are intended to add to your RP experience as a member and in some ways expand the rp experience so that you can have some connection to the BSG47 world even when away from SL. In order to keep this a positive experience for all, please read and follow the guidelines below.

1.  Please remember that non-registered guests are able to view most of the pages (except the administration section and the private venue boards. Your conduct here is reflective to the public of our sim and how we conduct ourselves.

2. There are several different sections in the forum. In particular please note the "In Character" section.   In here, as when in the region, all actions and statements are to be treated as in character. Information gained here may or may not be available to your character. Diaries, for example should be considered "private" for RP purposes unless otherwise stated.  If a character is posting a diary and wants it public, please include the word "BLOG" in the subject line.  In this case, the information should be considered as if it were posted publicly for anyone to see. Role Play Transcripts are somewhat of a judgement call.  If the conversation was in an openly public area, chances are it was overheard.  If it was in a private quarters, then use of the information by anyone that was not present would be considered metagaming.

3.  NO FLAME WARS.  Violators will have posting privileges revoked.

4.  Derogatory comments about current or former members, or competing sims (beyond constructive comparisons of practice) are not allowed.

5. Attachments and photos.  Wherever possible, please post photos in other locations and use deep link url's to refer to them.  Of course do not violate policies of such places if their rules prohibit deep linking.  However, taking advantage of this where allowed will help keep our bandwidth within limits. Uploading here is allowed where no other choice exists.

6.  Only photographs may be uploaded to the gallery.  Videos and music files are prohibited. Do not post copyrighted material unless YOU own the copyright.
